Bought a car with an air leak in the Front windshield. The windshield also had two chips. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to confirm the issue. After coming out and notifying I need a new windshield. The owner was back replacing my windshield 9:30am the next day. The installation was done professionally on my driveway. I loved the responsiveness and the true commitment this company has to the customer. Update: had a gap between my windshield and the hood that created a lot of wind noise on a Toyota Camry I just bought. They came out on time to my house and quickly fixed the issue without taking off the front windshield. I thought I’d have to at least pay for them to come out, but he charged me nothing. The fix took about 5 to 10 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a business that treats their customers this well! ~ Vitaliy G

If you need Autoglass repair/replacement, don't look anywhere else. After taking my car back and forth to Safelite multiple times and they failed to perform the work properly I thankfully found out about Extreme Vivid Auto Glass. George came to my house and did a full windshield replacement and recalibration in about 2 hours. He was meticulous and flawless at his work and knows what he is doing. He is friendly, professional and the best in the field. Nicole was a delight to speak with on the phone and did a wonderful job with scheduling/ordering and dealing with insurance approval/payments. Don't let your insurance tell you that you have to go to Safelite- just call them and have them reasign the claim to this place. ~ Dan G

Excellent experience with George and Nicole from Extreme Vivid. Called on Monday after having a day wasted by Safelite, Nicole was able to confirm being able to purchase my windshield for a replacement Tuesday morning. I got a text from George alerting me to his arrival within our scheduled window. When he arrived he was friendly, professional, and courteous. The work was extremely clean and professional, windshield looks great! All the calibration was done as well and the work covered by warranty , the entire job costing about $200 less than I was going to pay with the “big name”. I purchased a car with a cracked windshield and knew I’d need to get it replaced as one of the requirements to pass Md State inspection. I sent a message over to Extreme Vivid Auto Glass and was able to chat with someone WITHIN SECONDS I kid you not!!!! Let them know the details about my vehicle. They checked availability for the windshield super fast. Then was able to set up an appointment right away. They came out replaced my windshield. It looks SO!! Great!! George is the man! My 87 Mustang GT had a crack in the windshield and I wanted a new one. Emailed them and got on the schedule quick. After the removal of the old one, he identified some issues that the previous company who installed the last windhsield did not do well on. This gave me confidence that this guy knew what he was doing! He installed the new one in a breeze and showed me how good the new urethane hold the windhsield now! I would 1000% give this man the business over those big chain stores who do lousy work. Thanks again! Side note for older ford/foxbody owners: i removed my windhsield trim myself, and bought new windhsield clips, my car is 37 years old and was missing nearly all of them, thankfully resto shops make parts for these, and I installed them while he had the windshield out so my exterior trim would be secure. Definitely recommend them for your auto glass repair needs. They were polite, fast and efficient. From the phone call to in person. It also helps that they have same day mobile service and come straight to you. The service was performed by the owner (so sorry I forgot his name and don’t have the card with me😫). But he was very personable and answered every question. He replaced my husbands driver window and was done in about 40min. He Vacuumed up the broken glass, made sure the window operated properly…overall an excellent experience. We are very pleased with the service and their prices are very reasonable. Needed my front windshield replaced due to damage caused by loose debris hitting it. I put in an online quote request via the website and got a quick email response just a few hours later with a fair price. Was able to set up the appointment very quickly and easily. George came out did a great job in under an hour while being super friendly and able to answer all my questions. All of it came with a lifetime warranty on the work and a lowr price than what I was quoted from other local options like Safelite. My window was unfortunately broken which left my car out of commission until the repair was complete. My insurance attempted to refer me to Safe Light. I'm glad I chose to shop around. Extreme Vivid Auto Glass was much more affordable and offered the mobile service as well, with no extra costs for mobile services. Technicians came next day. My window was repaired in less than an hour. They thoroughly vacuumed my car and driveway afterwards as they noted they wanted to keep my family and vehicles safe. After getting the run-around from the glass company with the catchy jingle, I found Extreme Vivid Auto Glass and was able to get a same day appt! Not only was George professional and knowledgeable, but he was extremely efficient, replacing my windshield (with re-calibration) in about an hour, in the freezing cold! The other folks told me it would be about 4 hours, INDOORS! If you need your windshield replaced, I can’t recommend George Sank enough. I needed my Ford Flex windshield replaced asap, I was referred to another company who could not get me in until later in the week. The service was fantastic! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement. It’s super convenient that they operate out of a van because they came to my home and worked on my car in the parking lot. Meanwhile I was able to sit inside my home while the repairs were taking place. George (the Auto Glass Specialist) was very nice and he thoroughly explained the windshield replacement process to me so that I knew what was going on. The service was quick too (less than 2 hours). It’s been about 2 weeks since and I’m still happy with my service; no leaks, no issues. I’m especially happy because I almost went to Safelite to get my windshield replaced, but one of my friends recently had an issue with the Safelite around here because they didn’t recalibrate her vehicle properly. Now she has to fight Safelite to pay for repairs and go to an auto dealer to get the problem fixed. Safelite is a nightmare scenario. My windshield was cracked, so I couldn't pass a Maryland state inspection. I went through my insurance company, who has a partnership with Safelite. This was a huge mistake. Arnold from Safelite never showed for his scheduled appointment with me. I cancelled and called George at Extreme Vivid Auto Glass. They were quite pleasant, welcoming and splendid to work with. Tree limb crashed through rear window on my 09 Legacy during a holiday weekend. Called Extreme on an observed holiday and even though the business was closed the owner answered the phone, checked to see if the window was available locally (1 left in the state) , reserved it and was onsite with it the next day. Had work done originally by Safelite and window cracked after two days. Safelite would not honor the warranty. Called Extreme Vivid Auto Glass. The office administrator couldn't have been more helpful. George showed up on time was extremely professional and courteous.
